HELP & FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about running Pentecost at your church, conference, or multilingual gathering.

What is Pentecost?

Pentecost is a real-time AI speech-to-text and translation platform built by Pentecost Systems. It captures live speaker audio and streams translated captions to venue screens, projectors, and attendees' personal phone screens in 50+ languages.

How does the free Design Partner Trial work?

During our open Design Trial through December 31, 2026, Pentecost is completely free for qualifying churches, non-profits, and event hosts. In exchange, design partners provide real-world usage feedback to help shape our roadmap.

What hardware or equipment do I need?

All you need is a laptop connected to your sound board or microphone audio output. For 100% offline air-gapped setups without internet, you can use the optional Pentecost Box appliance.

How do attendees view translated captions?

Attendees simply scan a venue QR code displayed at the entrance or on stage. It opens a clean, fast mobile web page where they select their language. No app download or account creation required.

How is customer data and voice audio handled?

Audio is processed in volatile memory solely to produce live text captions. We do not store, archive, or sell customer voice recordings, nor do we use audio to train public AI models.

Where do administrators log in to manage sessions?

Administrators and console operators can log in at https://pentecost.one/manage to configure venue settings, vocabulary seeds, and output feeds.

Where is Pentecost Systems registered?

Pentecost Systems is an operating entity registered in Singapore.
