The Core Principles
Welcome to Pentecost. These terms explain the ground rules for using Pentecost software, website, and services operated by Pentecost Systems.
1. Free Design Partner Trial
During our open Design Trial through December 31, 2026, approved venues receive access to live translation and speech captioning services free of charge. In return, design partners agree to provide periodic feedback on performance, latency, and feature requests.
2. Responsible Use
You agree to use Pentecost for lawful broadcast, worship, meeting, or event captioning purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer proprietary models, or transmit malicious code.
3. Pentecost Admin Accounts
Administrators managing venue sessions via Pentecost Admin are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and managing operator permissions for their organization.
4. Availability & Reliability
We strive for 99.9% uptime during broadcast sessions. While live AI translation relies on network conditions and audio quality, our On Air console and local Pentecost Box options are designed for broadcast reliability.
5. Operating Entity & Governing Law
These terms are governed by Pentecost Systems, registered in Singapore. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Singapore law.
